CITY PARK has been master-planned with its central park at the heart of the community.
For centuries, Mongolia has developed its nomadic heritage alongside permanent settlements, creating a unique cultural identity. One of the defining principles of traditional Mongolian spatial planning is the concept of the “Khuree” — a circular arrangement in which the most valued and respected elements are placed at the center.
Inspired by this enduring tradition, CITY PARK has been master-planned with its central park at the heart of the community, creating a vibrant green core that brings residents together while reflecting Mongolia’s cultural heritage in a contemporary urban environment.
While Mongolia’s nomads once lived in harmony with nature, CITY PARK reinterprets that philosophy for modern urban living.
Inspired by the vision of New York’s Central Park, the project’s expansive green park serves as the heart of the development, creating an environment where residents can live, work, and relax in close connection with nature.
The 2.1-hectare, four-season park located at the heart of City Park is a car-free green space designed to connect residents with nature, offering a harmonious environment for relaxation, physical activity, and family bonding.
